My husband and I got married over the weekend and everything was absolutely amazing! Payton was our day of coordinator and the day could not be any less stressful with him there. He was truly a godsend! & Fatima from the front desk was extremely helpful and patient with me as we tried to figure out room blocks. Beautiful venue, absolutely recommend booking here.

I had a wonderful stay at Chez Hotel in Arlington Heights. The hotel is clean, stylish, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My husband and I booked a night here for a wedding close by, and wow what an incredible stay! The staff was so kind and helpful, making everything effortless. From the beautiful art to the so comfy organic cotton linen sheets. Chez Hotel made such a great first impression that it’s now my top hotel choice, and I’ll be recommending it to anyone visiting the area. I’ll absolutely be coming back. What a find! Lovely and spacious rooms, clean workout space, and a very cool rooftop bar / restaurant with a retractable roof—the perfect spot for cocktails on a warm, starry night. Ample in-room amenities, plus plush towels, at an incredibly reasonable price. This is now my go-to hotel when I’m in / around Arlington Heights.

Working with Fatima as our wedding planner was a great experience. She was organized, responsive, and made the coordination process much easier for us. As this was her first Hispanic wedding, we truly appreciated the care she took in understanding our traditions and ensuring everything was well coordinated. Her efforts helped make our wedding day run smoothly, and we’re grateful for her support.

I’ve stayed at Chez Hotel several times, and this place consistently delivers. Everything is clean, tidy, and well-kept. The rooms smell fresh, the lobby looks great, and you can see that the staff take good care of the property. The rooms are comfortable, the bedding is fresh, and the bathroom is in great condition. It’s a calm, pleasant atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a long day on the road. Service is professional and friendly, and the location is convenient with easy parking. In my opinion, the price absolutely matches the quality. This is a very solid hotel, and I keep coming back because I know exactly what to expect: a clean, comfortable stay every time.

We had our wedding here January 2026. An absolute hidden gem! And perfectly located just 15-minutes away from O’Hare for guests who traveled in. The hotel checked all of our boxes. Had the best experience working with Payton. Our wedding felt so intimate since we were able to have everything in one place all weekend. They are very accommodating and have the most gorgeous ballroom and foyer! And the rooftop is the perfect spot for an after party to continue the party. Can’t thank Payton and their team enough!!!!
